I know a shitton of people on the right that always vote one way no matter what. It works both ways!

Well this does read like a lawyer’s dream (not a slight at STL). Since there is no medical consensus on fetus viability, there will be numerous interpretations. Especially with PP as you alluded to.
Also the words, “including but not limited to” is about ambiguous as it gets. Curious is this the official language that will be used?
Im not saying it doesn’t happen on on just one side. What I am saying is the left (typically)always vote one way while most of my conservative friends vote on issues not party affiliation. Hell I live in steamboat and we talk about this shit all the time and my liberal fiends even say the same thing. Why Colorado is screwed :)
I have friends and family on both sides with varying degrees of slant. The moderates on both sides vote on issues. The ones who are more “extreme” on both sides almost always vote party. I think what you described might have been the case even as recent as ten years ago, I don’t think that’s the case anymore.
I would much prefer the decision be made by the healthcare provider rather than a doctor or pharmacist having to call a lawyer to determine if they can treat their patient or do they need to wait until she is more critical.
Lets be honest, lawyers are lawyers cause we we were shit at science.
