I thought no reasonable prosecutor would press charges on someone destroying a server? Oh wait, guess if you suggest destruction versus destroying one makes it prosecutable for obstruction. I got it now.

By no means do I support Trump. Just pointing out the hypocrisy and why he still has so many supporters.
