Wasn’t the plea agreement negotiated by a Trump appointee? I doubt this deal is all that different than other people who can afford high priced attorneys would get. There was no chance he was getting jail time.

Looks like LilWayne had to pay about $14MM in back taxes to settle his case. Not sure how much Hunter has to pay. One article said he owed just over $1MM.
