I've said from day 1 just give the fucking docs back. What was so hard about that?

Well, I don’t disagree with you however the country was pushed so far to one side during the Obama years that the natural pendulum is flying back just as hard. I’m not sure anyone is going to be happy with whomever ends up in DC. It’s amazing how nuts it has become since Bush/Gore.

I think if you will, some of the arguments will be cleared up for you.

Also, as of 12:01 on Jan 21, 2021, Trump was no longer the president of the United States (except in his own mind, and apparently in the mind of some of his more deluded supporters).

Hey dingus, they are always the POTUS. Even after they leave. People used to respect that until they lost their minds with Trump.

Maybe former POTUS, but not POTUS. That's the current occupant of the office.

I’m aware however I’m fairly certain Indictments only present one side of the story. And it’s kind of odd we knew about the details before today. Seems the Prosecution/Government is trying to convict outside of the Courtroom. That’s a big no, no. Right STL?

I just started and the prosecutor indicted TRUMP not Donald J Trump. While DJT was identified the author did not specify Donald J Trump would henceforth be known as TRUMP or the Defendant.

That’s just sad and I hope that is not the real document.

Why it’s sad is because legally no such person known as TRUMP exists unless they are indicting his brand.

And for the record. I am not a lawyer.

That aside. I want to know who was at the golf club in NJ and what the purpose of the meeting and also who recorded it (if the tape exists). Also, I’d like to know if NJ is a two way consent State when it comes to recordings. That can cause problems for the recorder.

I’m not a lawyer and no one is paying me to do this so I’ll stop.

The first sentence in the introductions says Defendant Donald J. Trump. Thereafter in the indictment he is referred to as Trump (bolded).
I would think this may be standard practice.
The same is true for the other defendant named.
