9-3 win and now a full game ahead of UConn in the Big East. Outscored Villanova 31-8 for the entire weekend.
Now the lads come home for a midweek game against Eastern Kentucky and a struggling Seton Hall team for the weekend.

As a heads-up, they DO sell beer at the baseball games now. Concessions are cashless, though.
And go ahead and add a 7-3 victory against Eastern Kentucky today. 5-run 1st innings gave the Musketeers a cushion they'd never relinquish.

Yup, Creighton finally woke up last weekend with 2 come-from-behind wins against St. John's. Would love to see Xavier take advantage of regaining that 1-game lead now that UConn owns the head-to-head tiebreaker.
A question for Band and Go since you guys follow this team more than anyone.
Are most of these kids on this team Billy O recruits or are there some left over from Googins?
This is a pretty damn good team and if Billy is recruiting them, we are set for a good long time.
