We've had different players, different strengths/weaknesses, but it all looks the same.
This was a must-win game to get the season back on track and it's legit the worst we've looked all year. How did Butler beat this team? Does this team have ANY heart to not get blown out every game?
Switching to the Hallmark Channel. They have happy endings.
This is at least partially where I am. There was a point where we came out of a time out where he had designed a play that allowed Paul to get to the rim. He did and he scored.
At which point do these guys get truly mad at themselves for being an effective? What does he need to do to kick them in the ass?
If part of this, as a coach, is not being a friend and getting out the whipping paddle, then it is time to do that. It is time to do that for the season and for his job.

We have more offensive rebounds than made buckets. How is that even possible?

By the way. That missing layups thing? None of those are totally clean looks. None come from a cut after a good screen. They are all challenged. Poor scheme again.
Mix in inability to recognize matchups and bad sub patterns and we see what we see.
Steele stubbornly refuses to change.

I was worried about losing Steele because I want this awesome recruiting class to come.
Now, I don't care anymore, because I've seen what Steele can do with some good talent, and it's just the same BS we've always seen from his teams.
