Looking for a CPA

My wife has a C-Corp LLC for her Realtor business. We've been using the same accountant for 8 years, and while he has a stellar record with not getting audited and seems very knowledgeable, he isn't very helpful for any time of the year besides 4/15 (or 4/17 or whatever it is this year).

I'm looking for someone who can continue to keep my wife's business in good accounting shape, but help a little more on a quarterly basis (P&L, withholding's, etc) and maybe have some better ideas on how to protect her tax liabilities, as well as mine.

Most importantly, we want someone who operates with integrity, but knows how to take advantage of the tax code.

Anyone out there who fits this description who is looking for new business?
