Gang, for those of you who aren't going to Pittsburgh but are interested in living vicariously through us, I plan to blog live from the bus (yes, even in transit). I’ll use this thread to post all updates.

If anyone is taking photos on the bus, I’ll post those as well (assuming they’re not inappropriate) while we are en route.

Unless I have connection problems or my laptop shorts out from beer spillage, you’ll have your own virtual portal into the chronicles of the Snuggie Maniacs as it transpires.

Wish us well in our brave and courageous journey into enemy territory and the great unkown.

Xavier Basketball and the Snuggie Maniacs will return triumphant, basking in the glory of victory and conference superiority. For "Flagship" no longer adquately describes our beloved Muskies in the Atlantic 10. "Dynasty" is our destiny!

I wish I was able to go with you guys. May God be with you and watch over you and guide you to act like well behaved Xavier grads while you are drunk. May you bring home a winner (or don't come home).

If you guys don't bring home a Xavier win, every Snuggie should be thrown into a giant fire never to be worn again...what am I saying, Xavier is gonna kill Duquesne and you guys will have stories to tell us for years to come!!!

Have a safe trip...I'll be waiting for the live updates. They better be good.

The over/under for the toilet stopping up is at 2 hours.
The over/under for number of people passing out on the bus is 6.

Whatever happend to "What Happens on the Snuggie Bus stays on the Snuggie Bus"?

Some of the names may have to be changed to protect the non-innocent.

I just hope we get the jello shots on and stop for lunch wearing Snuggies. We could seriously freak some people out. We could stop at a small town and go to the square and all get out and bow down like it is a sacred ritual.

even though i will be attending all pregame festivities as well as game I cant help but feel a little twinge of jealousy for the bus contingent. Should be an awesome time tomorrow and will see all the bus maniacs in the burgh.

Due to all the Hype surrounding the Snuggie I went out in a desperate last min search for this quintessential proof of American excess. Luckily I found one in a Walgreen in close vicinity to the worst University in Cincy… but it figures that a “Xavier Blue” Snuggie would be in stock near sUCks!

I’m proud to say I’ll be at the Duquesne game rockin a blanket that makes it possible for me to drink a beer, hold a baby, change the TV station, and many other important tasks without the annoyance of a traditional POS blanket! Go XU
