Hopefully whether Xavier covers the spread is the only thing in doubt at any point tonight.

For a recent precedent of a team that overlooked a completely outmatched opponent and walked away with an ugly loss, we can look back to last week and Ball State losing at previously 3-26, 0-14 Toledo. Ball State is no Xavier, but they were in first place in their division of the MAC heading into that one.

Or going back a bit further, Cornell losing at previously 3-15 Penn is probably a better example, because Cornell is actually a good team.

Crawford has 6 rebounds, 4 defensive, along with 3 assists, a steal and a block (but 2 turnovers).

Obviously, it's Holloway and McLean carrying the offensive load, but its not like the other guys are standing around.

I'm very proud of Love not backing down after having trouble from the field. He really kept at it, and made a couple nice baskets at the end.

I thought the most entertaining part of the game was when Gaston's uncle got ejected. It made the game worth-while:p.

I wish Robinson would have gotten a chance to score a basket. I'm not even sure if he got a touch.

Yeah, but I think SBU has improved compared to the last couple of years, and I'm not sure that we are going to win by more than 20 pts. I still expect Robinson to play, but only for about 2 minutes.

Hey, I was there early. Mario had set me up with a ticket. Just sat there and read the Wall Street Journal until the game started.

The reason why they kept showing the area behind the Xavier bench was because it was the only crowded section in the building!

Didn't think this deserved it's own thread, but a pretty funny tweet from Dante Jackson. X was staying at the Sheraton Meadowlands for this trip, which is where they stayed last year before the slaughter that we don't want to talk about. Here's Dante's reaction to it:
