I don't know if this is the correct forum for political ravings and rantings. I am going to attach a poll to this thread shortly.

I was just reminded that I did not include Thompson. I guess you can write in for the man, because it doesn't look like I can edit the poll.

Should this automatically get moved to the smack forum? I'm not sure we know how to do politics politely in this country. I sure don't.

I am not sure if this is the right forum either. The Smack Forum didn't seem right, but I get your point. Politics is smack taken to a whole nother level.

Especially with so many hold-overs from that other board. Why no option for none of the above? I'm not saying I'm not voting. I just have a better idea of who I won't vote for than who I will at this point. Frankly, 2 years is too long to run a campaign. Every last one of these jokers have been spending more time running for the next office than they have working at their current office. I could make a strong case that at least one has done so since day 1 of his/her current assignement.

If I had to vote today: Huckabee.

I just haven't seen enough to decide yet. I know who I will NOT vote for- Hillary and Edwards. Not sure about Obama. My views lean more toward Rudy. I don't know, still lots of time. Primary in GA is 2/5 so I hope to have a better idea by then.

I heard somewhere that Obama is for change, ATL. Maybe that will help you with your decision.

Blobfan makes a great point about the 2 year campaign. Man is that way too long. I had burnout before any of the primaries had started. One amazing thing about politicians is that they can campaign for two years and in the end you still aren't really sure where they stand on the issues. WTF is "change" anyway?

This is the correct forum.

Then you are in for a world of hurt in the off season Mr. Moderator man.

Does that mean you have to read all of my long winded posts? You may be the first!

He won't be the last. We have both been told to watch you in particular, in fact, the words used were to "Shadow that Snipe guy". Just kidding.

I like John Kasich, too bad he isn't running (the good ones never do).

So true. R. Lee Ermey for president!

My father would rush home on Saturdays to watch "Heartland." Kasich reminds me of that saying "wisdom is common sense in an uncommon degree".

You are one of Am-X's army of jack-booted thugs. The man is keeping me down.

You would think so, but I have no moderator powers in here. The Man holds the power where it matters most.

Nobody seems to like Hillary. I actually like her more than Obama.

Looks like Fred Thompson did a better job at that than I did.

I forgot about Thompson to be honest. I hope he wins down is SC.

Fred is great, I honestly thought he'd be polling better than he is. He needs to get on tv more.

And I can think of something else I'd like to see her on.
