Can I say high school football (as I sit here listening to the St. X/St. Ignatius game online)?

Saturdays games were great, Moeller winning on a kickoff return for a TD as the game ends, and St. Ignatius winning in OT. People would be surprised with the local HS football...

I support local teams. Our professional teams....they need to earn my support a little more.
I'd rather support Dayton than the bengals or soccer. Yikes.

Coasterville's right about the club team. For $4.00, you saw a well played game and solid efforts by both clubs, IMO, the game was much closer than the final score. Key turnovers killed Miami but X was very opportunistic in forcing the interceptions and fumbles. Craig Hallman's leaping TD catch in the 3rd Q. was a thing of beauty!!!

Glad, I am with you. For your buck, GCL football is the best thing going in the city. You get to see talented guys play very hard every night. Plus. high school football doesnt have the bullcrap that surrounds teams like the Bengals.

Side note: for those out there that love soccer/football/futbol and own a 360, go out and purchase Fifa 09. Easily the best soccer game on the market right now.
