That's the last time I go to bed when a drama bomb is about to go off.

Did I miss something? Did we lose Guyfawkes?

"To lose" implies that an object or person of some value has been somehow misplaced.

Instead, I would like to propose that we are detecting Guy's absence, perhaps much like we would notice when the firm grip of a pit bull's jaws had loosened from our forearm or calf tissue.

I will enjoy the respite!

I must have missed it... what rule did Guy break to get booted? I never really took too much issue with his posts; I just figured they were the uneasy ramblings of a sick man. Unless his posts have been removed, I don't see much worth banning.

When I originally joined I didn't think this site would be ruled with such a heavy fist - thought it was offering a contrast to MM...

Apparently power does corrupt.

In the words of the late Geza Parmentier, "Power corrupts. But absolute power is kinda neat."

This isn't the first time Guy has been banned from this site. His Ban is for seven days, and then he can come back if he chooses. I've placed him on read only for the time being.

It's too bad that (I guess) you had to nuke that thead... it could have been epic.

I've had a short little conversation with GF. He's back to posting for now.

If you were banned, you weren't the only mod to get the boot. You just can't trust a Section 208er.
