I didn't see this elsewhere. There is a fence around both sides of Ledgewood Ave. I guess Xavier has completed the purchase of all the properties and will begin demolition soon.

Has there been any word as to what they are going to do about parking now that they are going to build out to Dana & Montgomery? I would always park by Zumbiel but I’m sure that lot will be gone by the season.
