I agree. The new weatherman (Beasley included) just don't have the respect for the profession as the old school guys.

It's just gotten too technical.

The new school weatherman always brag about their fancy equipment.

Delkus is from a different breed. He doesn't need no damn doppler radar. He predicts with his gut.

This probably should come under Pet Peaves.....but every year it seems that the weatherman always have a new technical word for rain, sleet, hail, or something.

And they always have to outdo each other. Doppler Radar...Doppler 5 Radar... Doppler 5000 Radar. Next will be Doppler Inifnity Radar.
