Since it's slow on the men's and women's side of things, I thought I'd do a Yahoo search on possible women's opponents for next year, and I came across this:

Oh yes - the season from hell. Couldn't you have just left that buried?

I'll say this about the VOY boards, they were an absolute riot to read. I've never laughed so hard at some of the stuff on them when they were around.

I'm still trying to figure out what was the lowlight of that season. Losing to a BAD Dayton team twice, Kreager vs Mel, getting blown out by every good team, no defense, etc.

The highlight of the season was easy-- knocking GW out of the A-10 Tournament and ending any chance they had of going to the NCAA's (GW ultimately also turned down a WNIT bid). That was the last time GW failed to make the NCAA's.
