Tyler's brother on the move to ND?

South Bend Tribune seems to think so. (http://www.southbendtribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080428/SPORTS13/804280357/1001/Sports)

Does anyone know why he transferred? It certainly wasn't for a lack of playing time.

When he first announced i heard it was because of facilities and the fact that he wanted to play closer to home. While I'm sure ND has great training facilities, South Bend isn't much closer to home.

Apparently the Hansbrough's grew up with tremendous access to training facilities in their small town. Read here (http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/sports/columnists.nsf/bryanburwell/story/DBDA0E9DBC11E7AB862574130013B26F?OpenDocument).

A lot of people were looking supposedly looking at Ben in high school until Tyler signed with UNC, and then it was down to only Southern Illinois and Mississippi State as his D1 options. He signed with MSU, but I don't think he was ever happy about it despite them winning two SEC West titles while he was on board.

The Delks transfered from MSU last year because they thought Stansbury gave too much PT to Hansbrough when he was a freshman. He played 34 minutes a game as a sophomore this past year, yet the feeling all along was that he (and his dad) didn't get along well with Stansbury.

He is a solid player, but I doubt he will see anything like 34 minutes per game at ND.
