Not good publicity in the Enquirer concerning declining enrollment.
But, it sounded like the powers-to-be have some plans to make sure things improve.

Hopefully the new medical school will help.
Just the other night I was talking with a former dean from our business school, and we were reliving the mistake of XU not buying Chase Law School when the opportunity was there. Perhaps that would have made a difference.

Will send a little more money and hope things turn around. I like that the SAT's are up for incoming frosh.

I’m sure the problem isn’t just at X. Enough people have finally realized that college tuition is not worth it in many cases. It’s risen way for than inflation for years, if not decades. Schools are going to have to cut back on professors, administrators, and support staff. Maybe some of the tenured professors will have to actually teach more courses instead of letting grad assistants teach them.
