Hosting the college, not the River. First opportunity to seek this season's team at the XU Soccer Complex.

Some quick notes from Goxavier.com (http://goxavier.com/news/2016/8/9/mens-soccer-receiving-votes-in-college-soccer-news-preseason-top-30.aspx)

· Xavier men's soccer has reached the NCAA Tournament in four of the last six seasons and is poised for another strong run in 2016.
· The Musketeers finished 2015 at 12-6-1 overall, marking a sixth straight season with at least 10 wins – one of just 12 programs that can claim the feat.
· Last fall also marked Xavier's third straight finish in the top-four of the BIG EAST.
· XU was ranked in the nation's top-10 by the NSCAA for the third time in four years, while knocking of the national No. 1 (Creighton) and No. 2 (Notre Dame) on the road last season. The Musketeers are widely believed to be the first program to ever knock off both a No. 1 and a No. 2 on the road in the same season.

Don't let the NAIA status fool you. Rio Grande brings in Europeans whose professional aspirations are done and want to go to college. In most years, they would beat a majority of D1 schools. They beat Ohio State twice in the preseason when I was in school.

They don't have this year's roster up yet. But if you peruse last year's AMMTD34 is absolutely correct. Most of these players hail from Western Europe. Between this and Maryland, the Men open up with a tall Order.

Didn't know we were playing at Maryland. Might have to make a trip down.
