Since our last 2 third round opponents are a 15 and a 14 seed does that mean xavier luck ranking goes up a few notches from 340. With that I think we should at least go up to 338 lol. On another note I thought the best six seeds got the play in game winners. Since xavier was the last six seed can someone explain why we got to play the easier game

No. KenPom Luck is essentially the difference between your actual record and the average record for a team with your point differential. Teams with bad records in close games will be unlucky and vice versa.
Regarding the seeds, after they get past the top 16 overall, teams on the same seed line are regarded as pretty much equivalent for bracketing purposes. Geography and scheduling is more important than the S curve.
Last post I made about our luck factor ended with me dropping my iPad and cracking the screen. I have no further comment on the Luck Factor as it can lead to bad juju.
