Thought I'd take a look at the preseason rankings vs where the league presently stacks up

BE pre-season rankings per CBS Sports

1) Villanova
2) Georgetown
3) Xavier
4) St John's
5) Creighton
6) Providence

10) Butler


BE pre-season rankings per Fox Sports

1) Villanova

Present BE Standings through 2/10/15

1) Villanova 9-2
2) Butler 8-3
3) Providence 7-4

Butler's Chris Holtman should be coach of the year.

Fox's pre-season rankings are much closer to where things presently stand.

Fixed. I was trying to make sure that I didn't count the loss to Butler early in the season but still screwed it up.

I'm sure he'll get it, but Oliver Purnell also deserves consideration for turning DePaul from a tire fire into a .500 team in conference play.
