All subscribers are getting a free week because of this. That's pretty weak, considering how much big this time of year is. It's not like it's mid-June.

As you can probably surmise, these issues are occurring way over Rick's head and he doesn't have any control over it. Sucks.

I don't think anyone is blaming Rick for this. I'm certainly not at least.

When you work on sites like this (and Scout is 1 million times more complex) these things happen. Hopefully they get it straightened out soon.

They need a podcast where Rick just discusses how much respect he has for the analysis of Banners on the Parkway.

Yeah, but the problem is that if a bunch of people chuck their subscriptions it hurts Rick's bottom line, so he's kind of in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

I don't know, but it should only take a few nerds the time they would have for a lunch break to fix what ails Scout.
