At Dana's on my 21st (and it was my 21st) I did a flaming 151 shot and preceeded to walk into the bathroom and barf in the urnial. I tried my best to clean it up as I felt really bad for the person who had to take a leak after me (and clean the bathroom).

I was actually 21 and it was August so just my girlfriend (now wife) and a couple of her friends were there so I thought it would be a timid night but they got me hammered. I had stayed for summer job and I too, barfed when I got back to my apartment; I managed to do it in a cooking pan. Yes, that got pitched. I then was very hungover the next day and called in sick to my Summer job which got me fired. Glad school started back soon after my birthday. So, technically Dana's cost me my job. BJ, never mind you didn't own Danas back then, but you will be hearing from my lawyer.

Very funny, but I don't think you have grounds for a suit. Your experience was all just part of the Xavier education. Not everything is in the written curriculum. Besides, you might be required to include your wife as a party to the suit, and I doubt you want that. Glad you had the pot handy, and glad you got rid of the pot!

Ahhh, 3.2 beer. I was raised on Canadian beers and gave the urinals quite a workout drinking that 3.2 beer.
