I met Hershel in 1986 when he was working at/managing the finest bar on Second Street, Flanagan's Landing. Flanagan's closed in 1998 to make way for Paul Brown Stadium Parking (see below). Hershel left in 1996 to join the finest bar in Cincinnati, Dana Gardens (as BJ mentioned). Hershel is a great man!
