There's no doubt that priority No. 1 for the Terps in 2013 recruiting was securing a point guard. Today, Maryland coach Mark Turgeon , with a huge assist from Dalonte Hill, got his man, as Suitland High School's Roddy Peters announced his intention to sign with the Terps next month. Peters contacted TT shortly after his announcement to break it all down.
