It's not like we haven't seen this coming. I am seceeding from this board and accepting an invitation from Musketeer Madness as part of their ambitious expansion plans. I've already been promised prominent page space for Catitude Corner. Nothing personal, but this is an arms race and this board is being left in the dust with its provincial anti-UC mentality.

As a regular member of this board, I'd like to inform you that we're perfectly fine with you moving over to the other board. However, there is an exit fee of getting me drunk at a Xavier game (don't worry, it doesn't take much. As DrewsCrew, BBC, Snipe, Nutz, and Kahn's will tell you, I'm a lightweight, despite not being lightweight).

XavierHoops is sad that you'll be moving on, but we understand that the split has been coming for sometime, and that we as a whole feel there's very little we can do to mend any wounds that have occurred through our partnership.

Despite all this, and due to your very public split with us, we'd like to inform you that you will not be welcome on this board for a month should you follow through with this action. Our legal team has worked very hard to try to force you to stay, but outside of the exit clause, there isn't much we can do.
