Says he de-committed from West Virginia, interesting. Sounds like he's super athletic, would be nice if he grew a couple more inches though.

I don't know if he really fills a need for us with that kind of size, but it would be hard to pass on a kid with that kind of talent.

Hopefully he can get his grades up or it will be a moot point...

Based on the write-up and his weight it seems he is better suited to play SF. If Martin is playing SG then picking up a SF/PF wouldn't be a bad fit. He could obviously bulk up and even grow and become more of a true PF. I'd still prefer a true C if a quality one still exists.

I think he's always been high on Xavier and Xavier would love to have him. But I've also heard his grades are beyond bad and he's light years away from being eligible(At least that was the word a couple months back)

This kid has all the talent in the world. If he can get his grades in order some school is going to get a stud, perhaps Xavier. I would not imagine him verballing anytime soon to any school; late signee.

I had no idea he was that talented...I am officially a fan. His grades must be in horrific shape.

I know at one point he was REALLY high on Xavier.

I do like what I see. He seems very athletic. I agree hopefully his grades will come.

I would have one requirement: he'd have to wear the long sleeves! :D

There seems to be some confusion about his hgt. Rivals listed him at 6'7"; ESPN listed him at 6'8", and the UTube video said he was 6'9". Go figure. He looks like a candidate for a D1 combo forward. I don't know what percentage he shoots the three, but he has decent form and looks to have a soft touch.
Get your grades up Elijah! Then come to X.

GO MUSKIES!
