I thought I heard that on the channel 9 news tonite. Had kids going at it in the background and didn't quite hear it in it's entirety. I thought i heard that if XU was in, they would play at Cintas. Can anyone confirm or deny?

2010? I don't see it on the list. I checked GoXavier too, and don't see anything mentioned...

2011 is the earliest Xavier could host a subregional at Cintas or even a regional at USBank Arena; I'm not sure if they still let you play on your homecourt, though.

also just heard on the news that Xavier will be hosting the first and second round games in 2010. Second weekend sites are in Dayton that year. Think about Amber senior year and "the road" our ladies would have to the Final 4! I hear us chanting "X-A-V-I-E-R" all the way up 75 and back down again! (much like we will be doing this week...anyone heading to the game)

That's great news.

That is great news!!!

Right in the midst of the careers of the duo that should become the most productive players in the history of the school.
Of course the national spotlight should shine on Amber and T Phil long before that.

What's interesting is that in 2010 they will have 16 subregional sites; that used to be how many sites had the early rounds when Top 4 seeds earned 1st and 2nd-round games. I guess they weren't thrilled by the attendance numbers for just 8 sites.
