Would you be upset about Howard's flops if he had chosen X?

Yes. I hate flopping. I hate it when our guys flop. I hate it more when big guys flop. I loved Kevin Frye, but I hated his flopping.

I otherwise like Howard, bright guy, Xavier kind of guy in some respects, but he's not even a good flopper.

I think that current players are very good at pushing the grey areas of charging and flopping (and hooking, for that matter), and that calling it from the floor is a very hard job for a ref. Of course my judgment from the stand or my couch is always better.
