On my morning commute today they had a younger comic on, he seemed fairly funny. Then when returning from a commerical they said "we are with http://www.michaelpalascak.com/, a graduate of Xavier UNiversity, a fine university in Cincinnati."

I just thought it was cool.

I heard that too. It was less cool when he was talking about how he lived with his parents still after graduating college, but still cool overall.

I went to a comedy show at Second City in Chicago last year, and there was a Xavier Grad performing.

They all had REAL small bio's in the program, and he took some of that space to call out his XU degree.

Was it Christopher Burden?

Palascack trained at Second City for a while, I think. I believe he is a '05 grad - maybe '04?

Mike is a 2004 grad and did a bunch of Improv and stand up while at X...he's a good guy and shows up (in studio) on Bob and Tom atleast 4 times a year

Brendan's a Xavier grad? We have tons of improv friends in common but I never new he went to X. Cool!

If any alums are in Chicago and seeking weekend entertainment, I perform with the show "Whirled News Tonight" (http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Whirled-News-Tonight/30468747503?ref=ts) every Saturday at the IO theater in Wrigleyville.

Josh Sneed (comedian from Cincy) was court side at one of the XU games this year. Don't think he has any connection with the university but he's friends with Coach Mack so he roots for the team.

Those names don't ring a bell.

He was kind of a big dude (6 ft, maybe 220), with red hair.

You performed with X grad, Ryan Nemeth?

I'm a '97 grad, but Ryan and the other fine performers of "Don't Tell Anna" helped bring my group to X back in 2006 for a show and some workshops. He's cool people.
