Mike Shaw is a top 40 player in the nation, and I'm 90% sure he has an offer from Xavier. Illinois, Wisconsin, Marquette, Northwestern, and Southern Illinois have offered, and Michigan State is involved (I think they've offered but i'm not positive). He is a 6'8 PF- agressive and active around the hoop, elite defender and athlete, with a nice perimeter game too.....

Mike Shaw is a long shot at this point. Jakarr Sampson and Dorian Finney-Smith are the two forward prospects for 2011 that Xavier is in good position with.

Maybe I missed it but did Poneman graduate from Illinois? If so, he'd better avoid contact with Ill. recruits.
