Anyone know where I can find a decent set of X cornhole boards for a fair price?
I found this online:

$100 seems way steep though...
I thought someone posted a good link a few months back with $30-$60 X cornhole sets.

The only place I know of is the Easter Seals Work Resource Center. They aren't cheap but at least the money would go to help support a good cause. They are very sturdy. Unfortunately a plain set starts at $100 and one with logo will set you back $150. You could always buy plain and stencil the X on yourself.

I actually own those boards that you found. The paint job is nice but they are smaller than normal and I would give them a c+. There are several guys on the westside that offer XU boards. cornpentry.com is one of the sites

The Easter Seals boards are full size and VERY sturdy.

I don't have an XU set, but I have a Reds set that is pretty nice and was made by Cornpentry. I just check and they have a site: cornpentry.com
They list XU boards as one of the school design on their site.

I have an extremely nice set of cornhole boards....I think they were probably a good price or my wife wouldn't have paid for them (fruuuuugal). She's asleep right now and probably wouldn't be in love with the idea of me waking her up to ask her....ehh, I would probably do it but I'm too lazy to get off the couch.
I'll ask her in the morning and let you know...pretty sure they were privately made.

I got a set from customcornholes.com for my birthday and they are top notch quality. They are blue with the new logos painted on in white (one Xavier script, one X with the sword) and look great. They are 170.00 but are made to last. You can buy plain ones from them for 70 and paint them yourself.

Yes. Cornhole boards are some of the easiest things to make, and you have a sense of satisfaction when you're done.

$100 bucks seems about right for a set that has nice artwork on it.
I just built my own, so there is no artwork, but it was definitely worth saving the money for me. Total cost for me was about $30.

I told my sweety I was going to make a cornhole board for her. She didn't seem that impressed.
