I know! The house is fab! It is a bit over 9,000 square feet. Darren is sweet and a really great builder from the looks of things. Not Mrs. yet but engaged (no ring yet...I wanted that house more). Mitch popped the question Monday night. We bought the house Tuesday, so I didn't know squat to tell you when I saw you. (Was I supposed to call and ask permission?) We are looking to tie the knot in Newport Beach at the end of July if not too difficult logistically.

Pft, only 9,000 sf. What kind of doctor is this Mitch guy anyway? Any Dr. worth his/her salt should surely live in no less than 15,000 sf. I'd also be wary because if he could not afford that 15,000 sf house, he probably can't afford a ring either. This Mitch guy sounds shaky to me. If I was Miss Muskie, I'd dump him.

1) The ex-Miss Calif. could stand a bit more curve to her hips. She's a bit too "close to the bone" for my tastes.
2) Miss Muskie has the requisite curves in all the right places to appeal to my tastes. I don't expect her to dump a prospective new husband and a 9,000 sq. ft. house for a guy who graduated from Xavier in '68 and '71, but if she needs a bit of comic relief and the occasional night away from opulence, she can find me in beautiful downtown North College Hill, Ohio!

The avatar for today is Miss Muskie. To paraphrase a song line, she has been my favorite mistake. I am going to miss her.
